On a scale of 1-5 (1 meaning “not at all” and 5 meaning “definitely”) do you feel your team meetings are productive:

5

What will you as a team do to make your meetings more productive?

As a group, we need to do more outside of our meetings so that we can see progress happening.

How would you grade your group’s progress to date: (Effort is commendable, but focus on what you've actually accomplished)

B

Provide a rationale for this grade by citing specific team accomplishments or problems:

We have submitted all of our agendas and minutes on time, everyone comes prepared to the meetings, and we have met one of our Secondary Goals. However, we have not raised any money or hours for our Primary Goal, and we are working on completing our Secondary Goal.

What changes will you make to your team’s plan / habits / timeline based on this assessment? How are you going to revise what you’re doing to to help you achieve your goals?

We really need to step up as a group to find fundraising solutions to meeting each of our Primary Goal of $100. We need to work hard to get that money asap.

Is there anything else you'd like me to know about your team, member involvement, and/or your progress?
